CHECKUP & CLEAN OFFER
- Available to all patients, both new and existing.
- We accept all health funds and have HICAPS on site for same day rebate claims.
- Rebates will differ depending on your health fund provider.
- Patients should check with their health fund provider to find out what their gap fee will be.
- If your health fund covers more than $250, there is no credit or refund issued, the rebate simply covers the treatment provided.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or redeemed for cash.
- Services will only be provided when suitable and appropriate.
- Additional treatment may be recommended at additional cost, but this will be discussed and agreed prior to going ahead with any additional treatment.

TEETH WHITENING OFFER
- Checkup and clean is recommended prior to treatment for optimal results. This is not included in the offer pricing.
- Not everyone is a candidate for whitening. Please check with your dentist.
